Elections: Secure, Trusted, and Serving Our Community

I’m so excited to share something that’s truly close to my heart — my role as an Election Clerk and the impact it has on our community!

Being an Election Clerk means early mornings, careful preparation, and strict processes to make sure every election is fair, secure, and accurate. From voter records… to Election Day… to certification, every step matters, because every vote matters.

While I’m proud of the work happening today, I’m even more excited about what’s ahead. I would love to connect our elections with local schools, inviting students to learn how elections work and even design “I Voted” stickers our whole community can wear on Election Day.

I believe Election Day can bring our community to life again — families in the courtyard, neighbors reconnecting, kids laughing, and local businesses joining in. Some may remember gathering outside the courthouse, waiting for results, the excitement, the conversations, people coming together despite their differences. That sense of unity is something special… and I believe we can bring it back.

Our elections should be secure, trusted, and something our whole community feels proud of.

I’m ready to bring energy, integrity, and connection to this role and to serve our community with heart.
